Since then Chad TerAvest and two other auctioneer's have joined our services to give us over 80 years of combined experience. Our business, with its integrity, knowledge and marketing methods, will provide you with exceptional service!

Started in 1969, TerAvest (or Ter Avest) Auction Inc. located in Allegan, Michigan has served the West Michigan and surrounding areas as professional personal property and real estate auctioneers. As members of the National Auctioneers Association, the Michigan State Auctioneers Association, and the Certified Appraisal Guild of America, Teravest Auctions has handled numerous estate sales, commercial auctions, residential auctions, appraisals, real estate auctions and on-site inspections. Ter Avest Auctions, Inc. has found its niche in farm and farming equipment such as gates, head chutes, saddles, machinery, tractors, combines, no-till, and hay equipment, auctioning off name brand forage equipment such as John Deere, Ford, Case International, New Holland and Brillion. As a specialized auction service, we have also sent livestock such as dairy and beef cattle (Holstein, Angus, Maine-Anjou, Shorthorn), and sheep to auction.

We now also work hand-in-hand with Maurer Real Estate of Allegan, Michigan. This brings a licensed realtor into the equation with experience and expertise to handle any real estate auction.
